COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine/Medical Director (FM)
•   Guaranteed Salary based on experience for this clinical and leadership role
•   $100,000 recruitment bonus through partnership if they come from outside partnerships current county range
•   No weekends, no on-call
•   Lodge transitional accommodations if needed for 6 months
•   CME: $5,000 for 8 days
•   PTO: 168 hours a year + 8 Paid Holiday and 24 hours of Sick Time

•   Primary Care Physician and Clinic Medical Director
•   Schedule: Monday-Friday with no on-call
•   Typical Outpatient Bread and Butter Cases
•   No work RVU production pressure
•   QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine/Medical Director (FM)
•   Clinical Experienced Candidates with some Leadership Experience
•   Medical Degree, MD or DO with appropriate Board Certification
•   Obtain a Valid California medical license with no restrictions

•   Location is less than 3 hours north from Reno, Nevada or 1 hour from Redding, California.
