Locum Family Medicine Physician needed near Phenix City, AL starting as soon as credentialed.

Schedule: M-Fri 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch. No Call, No Holidays, No Weekends.
Average daily patient load: Providers see on average 25+ patients per day
Ongoing assignment for at least 3 6 months with option to extend
Paid orientation is provided prior to starting. Orientation is only available on Monday and Tuesday. Provider must attend Monday & Tuesday orientation as part of the credentialing requirement.
May be asked to work between 2 different clinic locations
EMR: Nexgen
FQHC
Must hold current Alabama License
Credentialing Timeframe: 20 - 30 Days
$750 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
