Position Overview:


We are actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to provide primary care in Perry, FL. This role offers an opportunity to serve a diverse patient population across all ages, with a focus on outpatient care. You will have the autonomy to shape your practice within our supportive environment and contribute meaningfully to patient and community well-being.

Total Compensation Package:

  • Competitive salary range: $160,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Health Insurance: 80% employer-paid premiums.
  • Dental and Vision Insurance.
  • Paid time off: 10 Paid Holidays and 15 Days PTO.
  • Retirement: 403b plan with up to 10% employer match.
  • Insurance: Hospital Confinement, Accident, Critical Care, Life Insurance (up to $25,000), and Disability.
  • Student Loan Repayment Plan: Eligibility for up to $100,000.
  • Malpractice Insurance: Full coverage provided.
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME): 5 Days and $2,500 annually.
  • License and DEA renewal fees covered.
  • Relocation Assistance for qualified candidates.
  • Full Support Staff to ensure focus on patient care.
  • Work-life balance: No night shifts, weekends, or holiday duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Office hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
  • Patient Care: Minimum of 19 patients per day in an outpatient setting.
  • Age Groups: Provide care for patients from infancy to seniors.
  • Autonomy in managing patient care with a supportive team.

Requirements:

  • Welcoming new graduates eager to start their practice.
  • Must have a clear and active Medical License in the State of Florida (MD/DO).
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine within Florida.
