Locums Primary Care opening in McKinleyville, CA Dates: 7/15/2024 - ongoing Rate: Let us know your rate. Outpatient only - no call Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Patients/day: 18 Mix of peds/adults Peds not required, but strongly preferred EMR: Epic Allowed holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, & Christmas Day Requirements CA License (no IMLC) Active DEA Board Certification (BE acceptable if less than 5 years removed from training) Clean history Chart closure within 72 hours Immunizations before start date): Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years). COVID requirement: Primary series plus booster, regardless of date received or 1 dose of the current COVID vaccine (2023/2024 formulation) 30 day notice for ending all assignments
