Family Medicine opportunity in Indiana x000D x000D Located in Culver, IN - 100 miles from Chicago x000D Full-time, permanent opening x000D Employed position x000D Practice general primary care at clinic office x000D Outpatient only x000D Approximately 36 hours per week x000D Average patients seen per day is 20; pediatrics through geriatrics x000D Usual on site procedures can be performed x000D Support staff is one MA per physician and front office support x000D Experience with and willingness to round at nursing homes a plus but not required x000D Call is reasonable floating amongst Culver and Plymouth physicians x000D Occasional back up at Culver Academies Health Center is expected x000D EMR is PowerChart, a Cerner product x000D x000D Compensation & Benefit Package x000D x000D Compensation is a combination of productivity and achievement of value driven quality metrics for the clinic x000D Health/dental/vision/disability/life insurance/retirement benefits x000D 22 days off per year; 5 days and $3,000 for CME x000D $3,000 per year for professional journals, dues, and memberships x000D Relocation assistance provided in accordance with policy x000D Malpractice is covered
