Seeking board certified Family/Internal Medicine physician that has a passion to serve active older adults, and a desire to lead in a Medical Director role. If you live near Wells, Vermont, Poultney, Vermont, Hartford, Comstock, or Argyle you are in a perfect location to enjoy a flexible work model with a mix of onsite rounding and remote work.

Facility 1 -80 beds, 40 LTC, 40 Rehab - 1 day/wk, Facility 2 - 120 beds, 80 LTC, 40 Rehab, 1 day/week, Facility 3 - 80 beds, 40 rehab, 40 LTC, 1 day/week
