Certified Level III Medical Home
A fully integrated practice management system and EMR
After hours call (triage only) is shared among sites
Call: very minimal at approximately 1 night/month
Adult inpatient care is provided by Hospitalist program
Pediatric inpatient care shared on a rotating basis by Pediatricians and FPs
