We are hiring a full time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to work with our team at the CentraCare- Sartell Clinic. Schedule Monday- Friday Full-time, 0.8 - 1.0 FTE No nights, holidays, weekends or call At CentraCare - Sartell our providers diagnose and treat short-term illness. They provide preventive care, including routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunization and screening tests, and personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. For patients with chronic illness, our providers also manage and often coordinate care provided by other subspecialists. Increased base salary; Production Incentives (wRVU), as well as Value Based Incentives (VBIs) now part of the robust compensation model. Requirements Eligibility for the position entails: Completion of a formal nurse practitioner or physician assistant program approved by a national accrediting agency Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant Current or pending licensure in the State of Minnesota In addition, clinical healthcare experience in one or more of the following is helpful: Family Medicine/Walk In Clinic Urgent Care In addition, all applicants must have a current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card and Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges.
