- Group provides patients a full range of services across 29 different specialties in medicine
- All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
- Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication among group PCP's & specialists
SRSMG has a large dedicated Urgent Care department with full support staff operating at 5 SRS outpatient clinic sites throughout San Diego County:
Rancho Bernardo, Sorrento Mesa, Downtown, Santee and Chula Vista
- All sites are open from 8:00am-8:00pm. Flexible shift options.
- Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine trained physicians are welcome to apply.
- Practice a wide spectrum of emergency based medicine: Headaches, abdominal work ups, chest pains, laceration repairs, I&D, dislocations, eye injuries, etc.
- Each site has in-house lab, radiology, and pharmacy
- Opportunity to become a shareholder (after 2 years for full-time; after 4 years for half-time)

Full-Time Urgent Care Physician hourly rates: $135.21p/hr up to $153/hr plus bonuses, incentives and holiday hourly rate differential. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans. More information is discussed during the recruitment process.
