Family Practice - Community Engagement - High Loan Forgiveness
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to take over a thriving practice in Central Wisconsin. The incoming provider will be joining a well-established system comprised of 7 hospitals and 65 clinics throughout portions of Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota. This location offers physicians the opportunity to work with residents (4-week rotations through this location) and the option to focus on sports medicine, womens health, geriatrics, or behavioral health.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $250,000 - $325,000 base salary depending on schedule and experience level

- Up to $200,000 recruitment incentive paid directly to you - use for your student loans or whatever you want.

Practice:
- 25-bed critical access hospital with 24-hour ER
- 2 physicians and 3 APPs currently at this location
- 12-14 patients per day
- 4 or 5-day work week options
- Epic EMR
- Tele-health access to all specialists and regular rotations through the clinic
- Opportunity to work with residents who will do 4-week rotations in this location
