- Pine River area, located in the heart of MN lake country, boasts over 400 lakes within 30 miles.
- Located 31 miles north of Brainerd and 128 miles west of Duluth, MN
- Pine River population: approx 1,000
- Brainerd Lakes area population: 65,000; Regional service area: 115,000
