Practice Overview:
Health center serving northeast Pennsylvania for 40 years
Medical home offering primary care, behavioral health, women's health, and Dentistry
Lead a team consisting of 6 Nurse practitioners Overseeing care at 3 locations
Will not visit multiple locations per day
Clinical director to assist with administrative duties - 85-90 percent clinical, 10-15 percent admin
Primary care focus - Will not be primary collaborator for mental health patients
40-minute appointment times for new patients, 20 minutes for established - No "double-booking"
Can do 4-day weeks, if desired - No weekends
Compensation and Benefits:
230K base salary
50 student loan assistance through NHSC
24 PTO days plus 8 holidays
Up to 5K relocation
1,500 CE allowance
