Are you a seasoned Mandarin-speaking Family Law Attorney? we're looking for someone to work a Hybrid schedule at one of our offices (Monterey Park, Irvine, Beverly hills or Downtown LA) The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Family Law, with a deep understanding of the California state bar regulations. Proficiency in the use of Clio or other case management software and a knack for crafting compelling legal pleadings and documentation are also key requirements for this role.

Billable hour requirements are commensurate with salary

Responsibilities:

As a Family Law Attorney in our firm, your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing comprehensive legal counsel to clients on various aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, child support, property division, and domestic violence cases.
2. Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
4. Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
5. Collaborating closely with our legal team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
6. Maintaining open and clear communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and legal options.
7. Ensuring compliance with all California state bar regulations and ethical guidelines in all legal practices.
8. Utilizing Clio for efficient case management and client communication.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar.
3. 2+ years of experience in Family Law practice.
4. Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.
5. Proficiency in using legal software like Clio for case management.
6. Exceptional legal writing skills, with experience in drafting and reviewing legal pleadings and documentation.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with our team.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide sound legal advice.
9. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
