Full-Time Non-Exempt Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership. We currently have opportunities for an individuals who would like to make a career in a not-for-profit organization. We are looking for individuals to work in an organization that helps its customers become self-sufficient. The function of a Family Development Specialist is to partner with individuals or families while assisting them in overcoming barriers and setting goals, which lead to economic stability. This will take place via office appointments, home visitation, and Brighton Center based groups/program activities. Job Responsibilities Maintain Individuals families for the Chemical Dependency Program Objectively assess families for their level of functioning, strengths, and challenges. Partner with families involved in Family Support continuum to achieve recovery goals, employment goals, and financial goals based on their assessment. Demonstrate knowledge of community resources Evaluation of program achievements Provide Training to individual customers and their families Requirements Bachelor's degree or related preferred, in Humna Services, social work, Human Resources, or related. 2-3 years in case management and/or non-profit work Customer Service Experience Benefits Competitive Medical/Dental/Vision benefits Paid Vacation Accrued Sick Time Paid Holidays Retirement Plan Mileage Reimbursement If you are interested in this position, please log onto .
