Family Counselor

Complete and document all significant other review documents for patients as necessary Field and return calls from patient family members Ensure all family packets are mailed / emailed or otherwise distributed to all patient family members, as patients permit. Ensure completed ROIs for all patient family members. Deliver programming at weekly family program. Supervisor: Clinical Director Schedule: M-F Business Hours
