Position: Full-time, Family Centered Treatment Specialist (Qualified Professional)

Location: Wadesboro, NC (and surrounding areas)

What Will I Be Doing?

  • Work closely with at-risk youth and their families, utilizing the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model.
  • Conduct individual and family sessions within the community.
  • Provide comprehensive case management to support the mental health and overall well-being of clients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services (master's preferred)
  • Child Mental Health experience required: 1 year with a master's degree; 2 years with a Human Services Bachelor's degree or 4 years with a non-Human Services Bachelor's degree.
  • QP qualifications per NC standards
  • Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Certification preferred.
  • NC Clinical License (LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A) preferred.
  • Access to reliable transportation with adherence to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, insurance, and driver's license).
