What Will I Be Doing?

As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Family Centered Treatment (FCT) services to children, adolescents, and their families, primarily within their living environments with a focus on the family unit.
  • Offering 24/7 on-call coverage to a caseload of families and children, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness to their needs.
  • Completing all necessary Clinical Records and FCT documents with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to company standards.
  • Developing and maintaining Individualized Service Plans (ISP) in collaboration with the Treatment Team, facilitating effective communication and coordinated service provision.
  • Conducting psychoeducation sessions as outlined in the ISP.
  • Implementing interventions aligned with the FCT model, guiding families through the four phases of treatment, and ensuring fidelity to the model.
  • Assisting families and children in setting weekly goals and identifying actionable steps to achieve them.
  • Making referrals to relevant services and resources on behalf of families and children.
  • Coordinating and overseeing initial and ongoing assessment activities.
  • Facilitating Treatment Team meetings to review and update Individualized Service Plans.
  • Collaborating with medical and non-medical providers, engaging community and natural supports, and incorporating their input into the person-centered planning process.
  • Ensuring linkage to clinically appropriate services, including arranging psychological and psychiatric evaluations.
  • Providing and coordinating behavioral health services and interventions for youth and family members, in collaboration with other professionals and Treatment Team members.
  • Monitoring and documenting consumer progress regularly.

Qualifications:

We're seeking individuals with:

  • A bachelor's degree in human services or a related field.
  • Two years of direct experience working with youth or families.
  • Preference given to candidates with at least one year of clinical work experience.
  • QMHP certification or eligibility (Refer to the Virginia Board of Counseling requirements ).
  • FCT Certification provided by Health Connect America upon hire.

Hiring both Part-Time and Full-Time positions. Office located in Orange, with referrals in surrounding counties.

Part-Time Pay: $24-$25 per hour, based on experience. Full-Time Pay: $50,000 per year.
