Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking for an exciting opportunity in Fallbrook, CA? ProCare Therapy, a leading provider of therapy and educational services, is seeking a qualified individual to join our team in a contracted position.

Job Description:

As an RBT contracted with ProCare Therapy, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior intervention plans and provide one-on-one therapy sessions.

This role can vary due to contextual differences, but would most likely fall between $27-32 hourly pay.

Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients.
Collect and record data on client progress.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers.

Qualifications:

Current RBT certification.
Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.

Requirements:

RBT Certification.
CPR and First Aid Certification.
Background check and fingerprinting clearance.
