Position: Failure Analysis Specialist
Pay: $55 - $67/hr
Location: Oakland, CA (Onsite)

As a Failure Analysis Support Specialist, you'll coordinate the analysis of returned devices, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation
Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and cross-functional collaboration will drive efficient operations and support Hardware Lab inventory.
Experience:
3+ years in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in FA processes and inventory management.

Physical Ability: Capable of safely lifting items within specified weight limits.
Responsibilities:
Coordination: Manage inbound and outbound failure analysis (FA) requests, providing updates to stakeholders and escalating issues as needed.
Intake Management: Follow SOPs for device intake, ensuring readiness for handoff to the next assignee.
Inventory Oversight: Own end-to-end inventory management for received FA devices and accessories, maintaining an organized storage system.
Scrap Disposition: Identify and prepare dispositioned units for secure scrap destruction in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Process Improvement: Document and improve processes to enhance program efficiency and scalability.
Hardware Lab Support: Assist with inventory and equipment tasks as needed.

Education:
