Position Summary: Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems, and structures throughout the facility.
Reports to: Director of Facility Management & Security
Responsibilities of the Position: - Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, and systems as scheduled or needed.
- Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external tradespersons.
- Inspects, tests, and maintains records for all fire risers, sprinklers, extinguishers, fire doors, and other fire/safety-related equipment and systems.
- Moves items within/between locations and from/to storage.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Graduate of a Program in Discipline in HVAC is preferred.
Certifications/Licenses: Licenses: Driver License is required if company vehicle is used after hire.
Required Skills Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
