Facility Manager and Assistant Security Officer with Security Clearance

MRSL is seeking an experienced Facility Manager and Assistant FSO who would report to the Information Security Manager. Need a dependable person to manage the facility maintenance for the Sarasota office as well as provide support in security and safety regulations for the company. Job Summary As the facility manager, responsible for all facilities and safety functions and provide security support as needed. Coordinate and schedule maintenance with various contractors for the building (HVAC, Fire Systems, Plumbing, Elevator etc.). Act as primary escort for maintenance and cleaning personnel on the days they need to clean the escort required areas. Order and purchase snacks and beverages for the company breakroom. Assist CPSO/FSO with security functions. Experience with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency and Intelligence Community organizations is a plus. Working knowledge of DoD/IC Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) operational rules and clearance processing procedures Must have strong customer service and service delivery orientation; well organized and confident to work independently but be a strong team player. Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize a workload with minimal supervision; be self-motivated and result oriented
