Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Facilities Coordinator/OS Assistant will work under the supervision of the Office Manager and will contribute to the smooth operation of our facility. As the Facilities Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning work environment. This position is multi-faceted and involves a combination of general building maintenance and doing what it takes to help make things run smoothly each day.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out minor repairs and troubleshoot basic facility issues.

Have a working knowledge of computerized AC systems and ability to handle minor AC issues

Monitor and maintain cleanliness in common areas, including breakrooms and restrooms.

Assist with setting up meeting rooms and event spaces as needed.

Assist with any and all furniture and office moves/changes.

Serve as the Mail/Shipping point person and oversee all shipping/mailing procedures and perform those tasks when needed and maintain organized records of mailroom activities.

Assist in coordinating courier services and shipments (and performing same when necessary).

Assist with any task required by the Office Manager or building owners.

On-call responder for after-hours emergency calls
