We are seeking a hard-working, forward-thinking Facility Coordinator to spearhead administrative support for a 24/7 manufacturing facility in Frederick, MD. Projects variety examples: Facilities coordination for a Multi-Product Large Scale Biologics Manufacturing Facility. Here's a taste of what you'll be doing: Coordinate training schedules for all employees within Facilities & Engineering Departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company. Administer new hire onboarding trainings to educate on company policies and procedures. Use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience. Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training. Update Employee Skill Matrix in Excel to schedule and track trainings for employees. Recommend training materials and methods, order and maintain in-house training equipment and facilities and manage the budget set for training. You'll be a perfect fit if you have: H.S. diploma, technical school or military training and experience in relevant field. One-to-three years experience working as a training coordinator, facility coordinator or administrator within related industry.
