Responsibilities:

• Boost daily productivity and performance.
• Groom and nurture our service providers.
• Nail daily projects and customer interactions.
• Keep tabs on inventory, equipment, and other assets.
• Suggest new products/services to our accounts.
• Spread the sales spirit.
• Embrace safety, security, and our company's awesome values.

Position Objectives:

• Master efficient scheduling for top-notch service coverage.
• Rock project budgets and meet our business goals.
• Ensure we're ready for upcoming projects with supplies and labor.
• Tackle program risks and keep the branch team in the loop.
• Be a safety guru, guide equipment use, and champion safe practices.
• Keep our work in check for compliance and customer smiles.

Ideal Candidate Skills & Experience:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent managerial experience.
• Get ready for local adventures (70% fieldwork, no overnights).
• Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Top-notch customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Work ethically and independently.
• Spot opportunities and figure out what our customers need.
• Rock leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
