Job Description:

Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr
  • Responsible for the interior design, space planning, construction management, maintenance and operations of all company facilities and grounds, leased and owned.
  • Develops, manages and tracks facilities capital and facilities operating expense budgets and establishes long-range facilities strategic plans in support of business goals.
  • Oversees the planning and implementation of space allocation, furniture and equipment layouts, communication services and networking requirements.
  • Responsible for preventative, routine and emergency repair and maintenance of all facilities and facilities support equipment.
  • Responsible for maintaining and utilizing a facilities maintenance management and work order system.
  • Inspects facilities and evaluates such factors as HVAC systems, lighting, size, condition and suitability for occupancy.
  • Coordinates work of contractors and interfaces with external government agencies on facilities matters.
  • Jointly responsible for facilities security and health and safety standards within the facility.
  • Senior professional with strong knowledge of the job area and broad knowledge of project management.
  • Manages complex projects or processes with general oversight.
  • Communicates within and outside of its own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures.
  • Makes moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes.
  • Contributes to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, industrial engineering or other Facilities Management related field.
Must Haves:
  • Some type of const management background.
  • Personnel management background team lead/supervision.
  • Minimum of three to five years previous supervisory/management experience.
  • Strong project management and project execution skills.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
  • Ability to effectively present information.
Nice To Have:
  • Electrical/mechanical/civil engineering background.
  • HVAC, electrical knowledge, active security clearance would be nice or ability to obtain.
  • 2+ years of AutoCAD drawing experience.
  • Experience with Archibus or other move management software.
