What You'll Do Job Title: Facilities Project Manager Job Location: Carrollton, TX Type: Full time/Permanent Job Duties: Perform testing and consulting services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building envelope analysis and consulting, forensic investigation analysis, design of repairs to existing structures among other facilities-related services. Prepare reports and proposals using Quire. Manage budgets and invoice preparation. Occasionally perform field and laboratory testing. Maintain and develop a client database. Interact with senior staff members on a variety of projects and mentoring other staff. Exhibit responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation. Promote a safe workplace and proper use of PPE. Prepare mark-up drawings using Bluebeam software. Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Science, or related field plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or any related occupation.
