As the Facilities Manager at Kingsley Shores, you have the unique opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of residents and staff alike. Your expertise in environmental regulations and sustainability practices will ensure that the facility operates in compliance with industry standards. Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, working 8AM to 4PM
- Occasional weekend and evening coverage
- Some On-Call duties which are shared with the Facilities Assistant
What you will need:
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, working at a large assisted living or multifamily housing building
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Grade C Chief Boiler's License
- Pool Operators Certificate
