If so, we are looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our manufacturing facility's infrastructure, including but not limited to, HVAC, boilers, chillers, and other facility equipment. Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all facility equipment, including HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and more.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues with the facility's equipment and infrastructure to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Assist with facility improvements and renovations as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure the overall efficiency of the facility.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Journeyman card or state licensed electrician preferred
• Proven experience with boilers, chillers, repair, facilities maintenance, and HVAC systems.
• Strong technical and mechanical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to following all safety standards and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training in facilities maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
• Willingness to be on call for emergencies.
