About the Role:

Respond to maintenance requests on time and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance costs.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance program for equipment and facilities.

Create and maintain accurate maintenance schedules, work orders, and standard operating procedures. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs.

Source and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for maintenance services, repairs, and supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

Supports outside contractors for repairs, janitorial, landscaping, and other areas.

Repair or replace broken equipment, fixtures, and facilities.

Utilizes O-I safety programs and adheres to OSHA regulations to complete job duties.

Assists in ordering, tracking, and inventorying materials and spare parts.

Available to be on call as needed for specific tasks.

Continued education & training in building maintenance.

Travel Requirements:

Training for the job is fully supported by O-I and will require up to 35% domestic and potentially international travel until the start-up of the facility in mid-2024. Travel requirements are expected to end by the start of production in mid-2024.
