Are you a seasoned Facilities Maintenance Manager with a strong background in the Manufacturing industry? Here's an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a Permanent Facilities Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for the oversight, maintenance, and repair of our manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing a diverse range of facility systems and processes, including preventive maintenance, equipment maintenance, plumbing, mechanical systems, HVAC, and MEP systems. In addition, you will also be tasked with managing vendor relationships, fire suppression systems, landscaping, and building grounds.

Responsibilities:

As the Facilities Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

1. Overseeing the maintenance and repair of all facility systems, including HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and MEP systems.
2. Implementing and managing a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all equipment and systems.
3. Supervising the maintenance of landscaping and building grounds to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive environment.
4. Managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring high-quality service and cost-effectiveness.
5. Overseeing the operation and maintenance of fire suppression systems to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
6. Identifying opportunities for improvements, cost savings, and efficiencies in the operation and maintenance of the facility.
7. Coordinating with other departments to address facility needs and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
8. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to facility maintenance and safety.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of facilities management experience in a manufacturing environment.
2. Proven experience in managing preventive maintenance programs, equipment maintenance, plumbing systems, mechanical systems, and vendor management.
3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, MEP systems, and fire suppression systems.
4. Experience in managing landscaping and building grounds.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work under pressure.
7. Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. A degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
