Position Summary:

Preventive maintenance, installation, service, rep airs and imp rovements of a wide variety of hospital and facility infrastructure equipment and systems including but not limited to Mechanical, Structural Systems, and Equipment. Testing, troubleshooting and routine safety inspection of systems, components, circuits, parts and related entities using standard test equipment and methods to assure the proper calibration and efficacious operation. Provide emergency maintenance services and procedures upon utility and system failures.

Minimum Qualifications: Must be high school graduate or equivalent. Graduate from an approved Post Secondary Vocational Program or three (3) years recent related experience. Certified as a Refrigeration Technician under the Clean Air Act of 1990, Section 608. (Must obtain within six months of moving into position.)
