Job Details

Hours: Mon-Fri 6am-4:30pm, Sat. 6am-12pm

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Prepare operational schedules and welding activities to ensure production and quality of products.
Oversee the setup and programming of welding equipment, CNC laser and plasma, 6 axis brake press, rolls, shears, ect.
Ensures company policies, quality procedures and good manufacturing practices are understood and followed by employees.
Maintains a safe and clean work environment at all times.
Interview and help train new employees.
Ensures that all production paperwork is completed on a timely basis.
Skills & Specifications:

In-depth understanding and working knowledge of welding, including MIG, TIG, and Robotic CNC technology.
Ability to read and understand production drawings, good knowledge of measuring tools and product tolerances.
Strong organizational skills, including planning, scheduling, prioritizing and record-keeping.
Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels.
Organized and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Supervisory/Managerial experience in the Metal Forming and Fabrication industry.
Strong technical background that includes knowledge of metal fabricating processes and equipment.
Knowledge of various metals
