Their services include procurement, design build, modernizations and new construction.

Most of their work is done in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, Coachella Valley and the Inland Empire. This boutique firm prides themselves on delivering excellence to their growing roster of clients and they have been grooming their reputation as the best door crew in the business.

Job Details

Currently they are looking for a Fabrication Manager for their glazing shop in Redlands.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn to operate and maintain cutting-edge machinery and equipment used in glass fabrication.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Embrace growth and skill development in the field of fabrication.
  • Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing material deliveries.
  • Learn and perform the steps of fabrication from preparing, fabricating, and assembling glazing.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse space.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of fabrication experience in a glazing/glass environment
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in glazing fabrication.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to independently see quality issues
