rotating 12-hour shift, working 4 weeks on nights and then 4 weeks on days, with rotating days. Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday one week and then Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday the next. This may include occasional scheduled overtime. We pay this full-time Production Technician position

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU As a Production Technician, you perform various duties as a fiber feed operator, winder operator, redraw operator, and any other assigned duties relating to the manufacturing of fiberglass mats. You safely follow procedures and protocols, keep your workspace clean, operate a forklift, quality inspect fiberglass, assist coworkers, and do whatever else is needed within the manufacturing line.
