Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Extrusion Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a leading player in the industry, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about manufacturing and has a proven track record of operating extrusion machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Operate extrusion machinery to produce high-quality products in accordance with production schedules and quality standards.
• Set up and adjust machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Monitor the production process to identify and resolve any issues or defects that may arise.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and make necessary adjustments as required.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure its optimal functioning.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for future reference.
• Continuously improve and optimize the extrusion process to increase productivity and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Extrusion Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience operating extrusion machinery and performing machine setups and adjustments.
• Strong understanding of extrusion processes and equipment, including print capabilities.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
