Job DescriptionOpsource Staffing has partnered with a leading supplier of quality textile products for the North American automotive market. We are currently looking for Extruder Entry/Exit Operators in the Gaffney, SC area.
Essential Job Functions:
- Setting carpet roll and backing
- Winding/Doffing processed carpet roll
- Monitoring the status
- Responsible for communicating all status changes to tenter main operator
- Understand and use computerized system in order to process shop orders
- Perform product changeovers as necessary
- Follow production schedule and log all statistical data as requested
Qualifications:
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in English, bath math skills and computer use
- Hold or have the ability to obtain a forklift license if necessary
- Ability to multitask and work with little or no supervision
- Must have excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to use tape measure and/or other measurement devices to take basic readings
