External Provider Onboarding Lead The Opportunity: Are you looking for an opportunity to utilize your organizational leadership skills to make an impact in veteran's access to health care? As the External Provider Onboarding Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust network of clinical providers within the community care network. Your roll will be crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of a scheduling Software as a Service (SaaS) solution across all Medical Center sites by facilitating the onboarding of providers to enable a seamless appointment scheduling service for the veterans. The Provider Onboarding team is responsible for conducting a comprehensive analysis of the existing network of clinical providers in the community care network and identifying gaps and opportunities for onboarding providers into the digital scheduling SaaS. The team collaborates with the customer and SaaS provider to ensure success integration of providers into the network. You will execute and refine a provider engagement vision and strategy to establish relationships with clinical providers, communicating the benefits of joining the SaaS digital scheduling implementation. The team conducts outreach activities, including meetings and presentations to educate and onboard providers. The External Provider Onboarding Lead is responsible for providing management and oversight of the Onboarding team as well as coordinating the onboarding process of providers, ensuring they have the necessary access and training to participate in the digital scheduling system. You will establish relationships with the site locations to ensure alignment of prioritized providers to be onboarded to meet the unique demands of each location. You will lead the team in provider coordination, engagement and provider outreach activities. You will act as the main point of contact for provider-related inquiries and issues and maintain a positive relationship across clinical providers and their representatives. Join us. You Have: Experience with project management Experience with leading a team and setting priorities Experience with coordinating communication and activities between multiple stakeholder groups Experience with leading client transformation efforts Experience with supporting large-scale software implementation efforts Knowledge of military or veteran healthcare systems Ability to maintain and facilitate open lines of communication between stakeholder groups Ability to leverage excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience coordinating communication and activities between multiple stakeholder groups, or 10+ years of experience coordinating communication and activities between multiple stakeholder groups in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have: Experience with supporting Department of Veterans Affairs or Federal Government clients Knowledge of VA community care scheduling Knowledge of data and metrics Ability to drive change across organizational boundaries Possession of excellent oral and written communication skill Possession of excellent presentation skills Vetting: Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
