View Job Description Requirements / Qualifications You're an excellent candidate for our Extended Day Program Site Lead position, if you have a passion for working with children, are energized by working in a fast-paced work environment, enjoy working in a team, and you possess the following qualifications and competencies:
• High School graduate or equivalent
• College-level coursework in child development or related field.
• Two years experience working with children in a child care development program

Located in east San Diego County. The district is 66.3 square miles in size, and serves elementary students in grades K-8 feeding into the Grossmont Union High School District. The district has approximately 16,600 students, plus approximately 800 preschool students, with 26 schools (6 middle schools, 19 elementary schools and 1 preschool). The District is largely urban in nature with some rural areas. Regardless of what our employees' needs are, we meet them with the personalized attention only a caring school district can provide.
