Extended Per Diem Substitute 1:1 Student Specific Aide 8:30 AM - 3:15 PM Williamson Elementary School (student placement) Job Qualifications The successful candidate will be child centered with excellent behavior management skills, flexibility and patience. They will be a team player with ability to take direction from supporting teacher and information outlined in student IEP. They will advocate for needs of student with the ability to follow a student behavior plan, communicate with teachers and service providers and have experience with providing positive behavioral supports.
