Expert-Level Data Management Intelligence Specialist with Security Clearance

Cyntel Technologies is currently seeking Expert-level Data Management Intelligence Specialists to support a customer in Bethesda, Maryland. NOTE: This is for a PENDING award. Clearance: Active TS/SCI security clearance Responsibilities: Manages the team on site and ensures the Ingest-to-Archive workflow of media and request for services coming into the center, mostly on the JWICS, EXPLOIT and SIPR are processed.
Oversee the daily ingested of Media into the NMEC Exploitation System (NES) through the Media Ingest drive on EXPLOIT.
Verify media has been properly inventoried on the JWICS/SIPR-based NMEC Exploitation Workflow systems (Currently NEDL, Future APPIAN) website as well as the Fusion's Media Ingest Data Assurance System (MIDAS) SharePoint page on EXPLOIT.
Derive mission critical data from multiple information platforms in preparation for upload into the NMEC home of record.
Validate existing collection data, verify requests for service, confirm collection classification, and maintain operational knowledge of ALL relevant media collections in support of the regional team specialists, to include but not limited to the creation of Notice of Intelligence Potential. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or 15 yrs or more experience working with digital Forensic, data processing.
Bachelor's degree or 10 yrs or more working Operations/Fusion Cell within the IC or DOD environment. 5yrs Management experience
Working knowledge of data QA/QC processes Reports writing Workflow Databases
A+, Network+, Server+ Security+, GIAC, CFCE, CISM, ENCE, ACE DOD DMC/DFE, LEVA FVT/A
