POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Prompt Engineer to join our forward-thinking team in the rapidly evolving domain of generative AI. This role is pivotal in leveraging advanced prompting techniques to craft innovative solutions using state-of-the-art AI technologies. As a member of the team you will be at the forefront of a new era, shaping the way we interact with and benefit from AI systems. Innovative Prompt Design: Develop and refine advanced prompts to maximize the efficacy and creativity of AI responses.
Solution Development: Utilize generative AI tools like Microsoft Copilots and ChatGPT to create practical, scalable solutions for diverse business needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to integrate AI solutions into various business processes.
AI Strategy Formulation: Contribute to the development of strategies to leverage generative AI for organizational growth and efficiency.
Training and Development: Educate and train internal teams on the best practices and methodologies of interacting with AI systems.
Continuous Learning: Awareness of the latest developments in AI and prompting techniques to ensure cutting-edge solutions.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate AI outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
5+ years of professional experience in fields of language and human-computer interaction (i.e: linguistics, cognitive sciences, data science, psychology, natural language processing, or related field)
1+ years of experience in working with AI-driven tools and platforms.
1+ year of experience with Large Language Models (ex: GPT-3, BERT, T5, XLNet, etc.)

The approximate pay range for this position is $140,000.00 to $175,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
