Robotic Welder Repair Technician Job Description :
- Trouble-shooting and repair of automated and robotic production welding and assembly machines.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM) on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
- Maintain and modify weld schedules for both resistance spot welding and MIG welding.
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints, as well as wiring schematics.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuits.
- Weld fixture gauging.
- Building maintenance as required.
- Machining, welding, and fabricate as required.
Robotic Welder Repair Technician Requirements :
- Must have a thorough working knowledge of machine maintenance practices and techniques for a Robotic Welder Repair Technician.
- Must be highly motivated and dependable
- Communicate efficiently and effectively within all facets of the company.
- Experience with Fanuc robots, Fanuc Servogun software, or Motoman robots a plus.

Robotic Welder Repair Technician Wages :
- Wages commensurate with experience
- Shift Premium for Afternoon and Midnight shifts
- Base Wage will be reviewed after 90 Days of employment
- Overtime may be required
