We have a really unique goldmine lead system where high quality buyer and seller clients are constantly provided to our agents each week. We've had the same system for over 16 years and help keep our agents fully booked. We provide buyer, seller & Zillow sale leads to our agents.

Amo is a unique privately owned 50-agent boutique-style national real estate company with 10 small offices in 10 states. We have very small teams in each micro office across the country. We're able to constantly give a constant flow of clients to our small teams of agents. One of our agents closed a $22m sale from one of our leads.

New agents at Amo really have the opportunity to make $100,000-$200,000+ or much more.

We typically give our agents:

- Around 10+ Macon / Warner Robbins / Central Georgia Buyer leads per week

- Around 1-2+ Seller leads per week

- Around 2+ Commercial real estate leads per month (optional)

We provide clients to agents at a 50/50 split. Agent's own leads start off at a 75% for the first 3 years. Agents move to a 100% split with a yearly cap of just $5k at the 3 year mark. There are no desk fees, no transaction fees. Are you okay with this split system?
