We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our legal team as a Permanent Experienced Paralegal. This role is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, high-performing legal department supporting a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. As a Paralegal, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with attorneys and other paralegals to provide legal support and services to our clients. Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive paralegal support to our legal team, including drafting and reviewing contracts, corporate documents, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of topics, including corporate law, contract law, and transactional matters.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other corporate matters.
  • Manage and maintain corporate records, including minute books, resolutions, and filings.
  • Coordinate and manage various legal projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel and other parties as required.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.


Job Details

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, contracts paralegal, or transactional paralegal.
2. A strong understanding of legal terminology, corporate governance, and general legal procedures.
3. Excellent research and report-writing skills.
4. Proficiency in using legal database software and other software needed for the role.
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity.
6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
