How You Will Make an Impact

Our guests seek luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Experienced Detail Technician, you will assist the dealership in revamping new and used vehicles to sell to our customers. You will impact whether we become our guest's favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle.

What Winning Looks Like:
  • Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
  • Cleans and refurbishes new and used vehicles
  • Washes vehicle using cleaning solution, water, cloths, and brushes
  • Applies wax to auto body and wipes or buffs surfaces to protect surfaces and preserve shine, using a cloth or buffing machine
  • Vacuums interiors of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris
  • Cleans upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices
  • Applies revitalizers and preservatives to vinyl or leather surfaces and treats fabrics with spot and stain-resistant chemicals to preserve and protect interior components
  • Cleans engine and engine compartment with steam cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents to remove grease and grime
  • Applies special-purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials which do not respond to normal cleaning procedures, utilizing experience and following recommendations of the product manufacturer
  • Paints engine components and related parts, using a spray gun or aerosol can and masking material
  • Applies paint to chipped body surfaces of the vehicle, using a container of touchup paint
  • Applies dyes and reconditioning chemicals to vinyl tops of vehicles to restore color and condition

Skills Needed to Win:
  • 2+ plus years of detail technician experience
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable driving record
  • Be willing to learn and take direction
  • Be a team player
