We have immediate positions available for PT/FT, Weekdays/Weekends, 1-3 hour shifts, 4-12 hour shifts, overnight awake and live-in, in the following locations:

Crystal Lake

Huntley

Lake Barrington

Lake in the Hills

Lake Zurich

Tower Lakes

And surrounding areas

Position Requirements:

Must Follow All Protocols in Regards to COVID-19 and Other Infectious Illnesses Provided by the CDC and SYNERGY HomeCare.

1 Year Experience in Home Care or Healthcare

Pass a Criminal Background Check with No Disqualifying Convictions

Ability to Communicate Well and Be Responsive

Ability to Provide Transportation When Applicable

Ability to Assist with All ADL's

Ability to Life at Least 25 lbs.
