Executive Director/ Sr. Director of Medical Affairs

Overview

As a key member of Adicet's medical team, the head of Medical Affairs will be responsible for setting up and overseeing effective interactions with key opinion leaders, patient advocacy groups, and medical institutions in areas of hematology-oncology and autoimmune diseases relevant to Adicet's pipeline.

The incumbent will have a broad and deep understanding of standard of care practices, prior experience in medical affairs organizations, strong leadership skills, and an interest in building effective teams.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Key member of Adicet's medical team.
  • Leader of Adicet's medical affairs activities globally; including, but not limited to, organizing, and conducting advisory boards, reaching out to patient advocacy groups, and playing a key role in establishing and maintaining a vibrant network of global experts supporting the development of Adicet's pipeline.
  • Main point of contact for Investigator Sponsored Trials involving Adicet's programs.
  • In collaboration with clinical development, co-author and review company-sponsored trial protocols.
  • Coordinate medical communication activities internally and externally.

Essential requirements:

  • MD, PhD, or PharmD. MD/PhD a plus.
  • Broad and deep knowledge of Autoimmune disease and the hematology-oncology landscape.
  • Prior experience working on early-stage and mid-stage oncology programs.
  • Fluency with translational data-rich development programs and ability to engage the medical and scientific community.

Title will be commensurate with prior experience.


Pay Range$297,000-$409,000 USD
