The Executive Director Specialist will be responsible for supporting community operations during Executive Director vacancies. Skills/Requirements: Minimum 3 years Executive Director experience in independent living, assisted living, and memory care environments Professional writing and verbal communication skills are required Strong financial management background and a thorough understanding of budget management Thorough understanding of labor management and previous results Demonstrated ability to train and mentor new executive directors as well as department heads This position will work as an interim Executive Director during times of vacancy, therefore, an ability to impact sales by evaluating and partnering with sales to increase leads, referrals, and tours is important as is a thorough understand of the resident services department and its operational challenges This position will travel at times, and selected candidates must be able to meet company driving policy requirements Sagora does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies or fee based recruitment services.
