This is a hybrid role based on-site in Sleepy Hollow, NY 3 days per week. Remote work is not an option for this role. This position cannot be based in Basking Ridge, NJ.

The Executive Director, Marketing Lead, Nasal Polyps will lead the strategy development and competitive planning Nasal Polyps. Specifically, this will include leading commercial strategy (both HCP and Consumer)as well as developing personal promotion material for Allergists and ENTs.

In a typical day you will:

  • Lead the development of CRSwNP Commercial Strategy and ensure alignment with overall brand strategy with key specialist targets

  • Develop CRSwNP-focused messaging and promotional material supporting all appropriate sales forces (SFs), both for ENT and Allergists

  • Partner with National Sales Director (for both ENT and Allergist SFs) in the development of specialist-focused planning in support of the evolving CRSwNP market

  • Address key insights, and proactively identify customer needs

  • Ensure that the marketing processes, programs, and internal reports are developed, implemented, and effectively administered to be consistent with corporate guidance and all regulatory, legal, and ethical guidelines

  • Foster strong partnership with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, HEOR, Market Access, Market Research, Regulatory, Legal, and other functions in developing HCP and Consumer strategy, tactics, and resources

  • Partner with the Market Access Team to support reimbursement policy evaluation and action

  • Work cross-functionally and within the co-promotional Alliance (partnering company) framework to create, manage, and track the joint budgets to ensure that the Alliance is operating within aligned budget goals and appropriate full-year phasing; and, to be consistent with outlined Alliance Brand Strategy and commercialization approach

  • Work with Finance to monitor spending against budget/ forecast and report performance results as requested; manage all projects and responsibilities to agreed-upon project timelines, budgets, and scope

  • Manage and provide growth opportunities for direct reports

  • Ability to grasp complex scientific concepts and clinical data as well as simplify their meaning

  • Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating emotional intelligence with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Self-starter and strong work ethic

  • Ability to manage and lead through trust and empowerment

  • Ability to coach quickly and effectively

  • Must be willing to travel 30% (including weekend travel as needed)

To be considered, a Bachelor's Degree is required; MBA, a plus. Candidates must possess a minimum of 15+ years of progressive pharmaceutical industry professional experience; 8+ years of pharmaceutical/ biotech marketing, product management, or related industry experience; sales and sales leadership experience, a plus. Allergy and/ or ENT/ Immunology experience preferred. Biologics, specialty pharmacy, or self-injectable experience is preferred.
