Excellent benefits Supportive work environment Modern Healthcare Best Places to Work since 2010 JOB SUMMARY: The Executive Director is responsible for all aspects of quality and service provided to the hospice/ home care patient, this role oversight includes provision of care, regulatory compliance, leadership, growth, and profitability of the division. QUALIFICATIONS: Hospice Administrator License or willing to obtain. Home Health Administrator License preferred. Two years of home care management experience. Two years of administrative and supervisory experience with at least one year experience in a community health environment. Knowledge of Hospice/Home Care regulatory requirements preferred. Experienced with budgetary responsibilities, including budget development and monitoring. Experience in overseeing marketing and program development in the health care arena preferred. Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education Highly organized, able to handle multiple and shifting assignments and present a professional image. Demonstrated computer skills including office applications, internet, and e-mail communications. Knowledge of Medicare highly desirable. Having and maintaining a valid Oklahoma Driver License and satisfactory driving record is a condition of employment. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Work is primarily sedentary in nature with some standing and walking. Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections. Must be able to communicate with others in person and over the telephone. Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare and process information, supervise practice of staff, and monitor the work environment. Fine motor skills and hand/eye coordination to operate office machines. Lifting and moving heavy objects, up to 60lbs. Computer knowledge and skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
